Yes, it is a sin for those in charge of the team if they delay distributing Zakat al-Fitr after Eid, as it is an obligation to distribute it before the Eid prayer. However, if they do not have enough time to distribute it before Eid, they should make every effort to do so as soon as possible. If they are unable to do so, they should seek forgiveness from Allah and strive to improve their organization in the future.
